About Shipments

1.1. Delivery terms

Your order will be shipped in a maximum of 2 or 3 workdays following the receipt of the order’s payment. As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive notification by e-mail. The delivery will take place within a maximum of 15 days, depending on the order destination. For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 days.

1.2. What happens if I’m not at home when the package arrives?

To confirm the package delivery, a signature is needed, so make sure that someone is present who can receive it.

1.3. Where do we deliver?

Bella Lola delivers all over the world, using the services of Envialia.

1.4. Shipping costs:

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 4,50€ Europe: 10,50€. USA, Canada and Australia: 12,50€. Rest of the world: 14,50 €. Shipment will be free of charges for purchases over 80,00€ in Europe, and for purchases over 150,00€ in the rest of the world.

1.5. Customs and taxes:

Local taxes are not included and vary according to the country of destination. These taxes have to be paid by the client.

1.6. Can I change the order’s address?

You can change the destination address as long as the order has not been sent yet. Write an e-mail to hola@bellalola.cat to inform us of any changes.

About Payments

2.1. How can I pay?

You can pay with any Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex or JCB credit card. We also use PayPal, as they are the most secure payment platform on a worldwide level. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

2.2. Can I pay cash on delivery?

We are sorry to say we do not accept cash on delivery. The accepted credit cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex or JCB.

Bikini Protection and Care

3.1. How do I wash my bikini?

Our bikinis are manufactured with the best fabrics, and we use the best elastic bands on the market. Our bikinis are made to last many summers, which is why it is wise to take good care of them.

Always wash your bikini with fresh, cold water after wearing it. We recommend using a mild detergent for delicate clothes, or you can use mild hand soap.

It is important to be careful when drying your bikini. Do not leave it to dry in the sun. If you do, the colours will slowly loose their intensity. Lay your bikini flat on a towel to dry. It needs a day of drying to return to its normal state; if you go on a holiday, be sure to take another bikini with you.

Changes and Returns

4.1. How can I modify or cancel my order?

If you have second thoughts and want to modify your order, send us an email to hola@bellalola.cat. We will carry out the modification, provided that the order has not been shipped yet.

In case you want to cancel your order after having made the payment, send us an email to hola@bellalola.cat. We will cancel your order immediately, provided that it has not been shipped yet.

4.2. Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your new bikini. So if once you have received it, you find out the size is not the proper one or the colours don’t look as good on you as you thought, you can send it back. Provided that you have not used it, and that you do so within 20 calendar days after the date of shipment. And please, be sure to wear your underwear the first time you try on your bikini.

If the bikini has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in some other way, we will be happy to change it for another one. Send us a mail to hola@bellalola.cat explaining in detail the imperfections you have found. We will change the bikini for the same model if it is available. If not, you can choose another one that has the same price. Considering the small collections we produce, all exchanges are subject to availability of the bikinis concerned. If you don’t find any bikini you like, you will be paid a full refund as soon as we have received the returned bikini. In this case, the return shipment costs are on us.

In case the exchange or return is due to other causes than manufacturing defects, the return shipment costs are on your expense. If you decide not to exchange your returned bikini for another one, we will pay you a full refund of the bikini within 30 days after having received the bikini in the same conditions as it was sent to you.

4.3. What do I have to do to return my bikini?

All our bikinis have to be returned in its original condition, with all labels in place and including all packaging, just as you received it. You can send it to the following address:
