In the following, you will find the questions most frequently asked about Bella Lola. If you have any question you don’t find the answer to, mail us at email@example.com. We will get back to you within 48hs.
1. How can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have second thoughts and want to modify your order, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will carry out the modification, provided that the order has not been shipped yet.
In case you want to cancel your order after having made the payment, send us an email to email@example.com. We will cancel your order immediately, provided that it has not been shipped yet.
2. Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your new bikini. So if once you have received it, you find out the size is not the proper one or the colours don’t look as good on you as you thought, you can send it back. Provided that you have not used it, and that you do so within 20 calendar days after the date of shipment. And please, be sure to wear your underwear the first time you try on your bikini.
If the bikini has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in some other way, we will be happy to change it for another one. Send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining in detail the imperfections you have found. We will change the bikini for the same model if it is available. If not, you can choose another one that has the same price. Considering the small collections we produce, all exchanges are subject to availability of the bikinis concerned. If you don’t find any bikini you like, you will be paid a full refund as soon as we have received the returned bikini. In this case, the return shipment costs are on us.
In case the exchange or return is due to other causes than manufacturing defects, the return shipment costs are on your expense. If you decide not to exchange your returned bikini for another one, we will pay you a full refund of the bikini within 30 days after having received the bikini in the same conditions as it was sent to you.
3. What do I have to do to return my bikini?
All our bikinis have to be returned in its original condition, with all labels in place and including all packaging, just as you received it. You can send it to the following address:
